Ghetto X-Mas Party

Went back to Tampa for the Holidays and went a little early so I could go to SPoT's Christmas Costume Party. Prepare for a long post. I ran into a lot of old friends and I shot a lot of photos.

Dodge was there with his girl. I walkd by him with my camera and he just looked at me and slowly flipped me off. "Do you want a photo, Ryan?"

Ryan Clements ran the gangster costume again. He tricked about 10 people before they realized it was him. He confronted and insulted me, and right before I 'did something about it' he was like, "It's me, Clements."


Giles was there in some sort of half-assed gangster costume.

Frank Branca's girlfriend Alyssa set him up with a PBR beer bong a few minutes later.

Abdias was home for Christmas. It's weird to me that there's kids out there who consider Abdias to be one of their favorite skaters. Not because he's not really really good, but just because I've known this dude for 5 years or so. But anyhow, good idea kids.


Aaron strapped a few too many beers to his glove and went home pretty early.

Funny story about these shoes, CJ IM'ed me really excited about them and all I sad was "Those are so queer." About a minute and a half after all he replied was "Everyone else likes them." and signed off. It's still funny.

Swear to God, I told CJ this was for my blog and he made this face.

The Return...

So after a 2 month period of no contact whatsoever Jamie Campbell called me up to go skate. It'd been way too long. I also had forgotten how absolutely weird his family is besides his Mom. I knocked on the door, his sister answered it "Jamie?"
"Yeah."
"He's here..." and she walked away. Creepy!

His partner Dude Jack was in tow as well.

This ledge is fun for slides, as well as for quick dips.

I blinded Jack with flash for making a smart comment about my fervent adoration of Hip-Hop and the fact that I was enjoying a chicken sandwich from KFC.
