What I'm posting here is still happening. It's almost live!
I moved. Megan came and visited. She lives 4 minutes up the road from me.
Stacie and me went and skated this spot. There's some dry spots. You should know not to skate spots with water. It will rarely end well.
I couldn't stop after a frontside ollie and my board and shoes took a dive.
It happens to the best of us...

But before that...
Stacie battles the Frontside Flip.
Judaism holla!
So after both being over it we went back to my house to watch Katt Williams' new DVD.
It's not as exciting as it seems.
Actually, Stacie just left as I finished this so I guess it's past tense now. Weak.

Watch The Watchmen
I rode out to Orlando suburb Winter Garden with The Watchmen and other fantastic friends and guests. It was a good old fashioned Battle Of The Bands. It was between a Psuedo Connor Oberst imitator, a band that wanted to be The Used really bad, a moderately ill Hip-Hp group from St. Pete and the aforementioned Watchmen.
Stay real still, this will look cool... MPC and Vatic.
Jamie is always good for a funny photo.
Flavor of Love.
Love this dude, but damn if he's not the sketchiest person I know.
This dude came with us and rode in my car with MPC and me. He told me he was an ill emcee. Turns out he is.
And at 15 he talks shit at a 20 year old level. He was shitting on the other Hip-Hop group.
The Master Peace Creator was also a little befuddled by some of their poppier work.
I like O.Z. because we can both talk shit on anything and he'll always take it further than me and I won't feel like an asshole. Truth be told the other group was nice, we all just wanted The Watchmen to win.
The boys hit the stage and held it down real hard.
Felton doesn't miss an opportunity to go really, really, really hyphy dumb and shake his dreads.
Their set was done. Turn on the bright lights.
Everyone went out in the alley and freestyled. I thought it was to smoke weed but surprisingly MPC just beatboxed a beat and everyone took their turns.
I don't miss an opportunity to get artsy. This pose was all O.Z.'s idea. I'd also like to take this opportunity to make a PSA on O.Z.'s behalf. His name is not "Oz". It is OdotZ. As in O.Z. He's kind of particular about it.
Went back inside to see who's gonna win. This is Caine, the promoter, measuring applause.
THE WATCHMEN WIN! THE WATCHMEN WIN!

Where I'm From
Lakeland, Florida. 30 minutes east of Tampa. Hometown of Andrew Reynolds, Danny Renaud and Pat Steiner. The movie Edward Scissor Hands was filmed here.
This cleaner has been here forever. They've been putting corny/funny jokes on their marquee for as long as I've been alive.
There's also been elaborate Christmas lighting set up in this downtown park forever too.
Lots of swans in the 3 lakes downtown. All but these two swam off when I walked up.
My grandmother worked here from when she was 16 to 62. She started off as a bank teller and worked her way up to being one of the loan officers.
My Mom worked in this building for 5 years. It's Lakeland's Department of Children and Families. Hence the statues. She transfered to the Drivers License Office after that. She couldn't deal with the abused kids and broken families anymore.
This is the stadium my Dad played football in as a kid in High School. The Lakeland High School Juggernauts. That part of town is really bad now. Crime is big there.
You should stop by and get a sandwich downtown if you're ever passing through. A good place with good people.

SPoT Ghetto Christmas Party Pt. 2.
Photobucket quit trippin' so here's the rest of the photos of frinds drinking in costumes.
Clements had Abdias fooled with his gear too.
Ian got to wear the glasses.
And found a new girlfriend!
Ian's real girlfriend Alysson and Abdias bot into a bottle fight and Abdias' Corona(??) got broken. She was brazenly unapologetic.
Drinker Pat makin' moves.
This was Brandon Bristol's costume. Anti Hero Ski Mask and a Santa hat.
Chris Fulton, +1.
Yo, Abdias.
Josh Stewart was there. He was going really crazy too. He drank 2 waters.
Chris Jata came up on some scrilla so he bought everyone YAYGA BAHMBS.
Multi-Tasking. She almost burned me with a cigarette twice. I'd just say, "Watch out, Aly!"
"What? Why?"
One of my favorite dude's ever, Johhny Blaze, came out later. John is Ian's older brother.
Portrait of the brothers for Mom.
AW G'S!
This photo was a joke, but I think Mike Goodwine is capable of stealing your girlfriend.
This is probably the best photo I've ever shot.
Adventures in Gonzoland.
Bay Area OG's.
Bristol with his new chick, Project Pat is my amigo.
After closing down the skatepark, WZA came through.
WZA WES The WZARECTA.
Abdias and Frank Branca. Frank owns Gator Skate Shop. He opened it when he was 19.
SPoT made a bunch of prints from photos shot over the years. Aly got a photo of Ian from a SPoT Ice Palace demo.
Porpe matted the great prints. He gave me a really nice one of Schaefer, Ryan Dodge, Scotty Conley and Rob Meronek. It's fun having pictures of your bros. It's going on my wall tomorrow when I move into my new crib.
Schaefer was some sort of X-Mas Pimp and Ryan was a real street gangsta.
Party's over, bro.
Goodnight, Ybor City.
